At Eydes we serve our brunch every day of the week. Weekdays from 9.00- 14.00 and Saturday/Sunday from 8.30-14.00. We stop with filling up the buffet at 14.00 and remove the buffet at 14.30
Our buffet varies from day to day, so there is always something new to every taste.
Our buffet is a collection of classic brunch dishes including scrambled egg, bacon, sausages, yoghurt, fruit and much much more.
There is also a great selection of warm dishes including Danish ‘tartlette’ breaded fish fillet, warm liver pate, meatballs and much more.
We serve a selection of delicious salads, bread toppings, home smoked salmon and a range of special salads including prawn salad and tuna salad.
For the sweet tooth we always have a tempting selection of different cakes such as our homemade ‘Brunsviger’ and pancakes.
If you are vegetarian, vegan or have food allergies you can still come and visit us for brunch, as all our dishes are marked accordingly, so you can easily see what you are able to eat.
We always have fresh, home baked gluten-free bread in our buffet, and if you let your waiter know we will make some fresh gluten-free pancakes and chocolate cake for you.
We have been awarded the prize of ‘Best brunch’ in 2017 and 2018 from Best Of Odense.
